There’s officially more than one picture of us playing together in existence now. Last night went really well, there were a ton of people there and a lot of people came up and talked to us after we played. The best conversation by far, was with this one guy who was drinking water out of a beer bottle.
Dude: Hey dude, you are a really good lyric writer. Like, you know exactly what to say to get your point across. They’re so honest.
Connor: Thank you!
Dude: So when you guys started playing, like in the first 5 seconds I was like ‘who the fuck are these guys?’
Me/Connor: *laughing*
Dude: And then in like 20 seconds, I was like…’who the fuck are these guys?’
Connor: Oh..great.
Dude: But then after 1 minute, that was my moment of like an epiphany I guess you can say.
Me/Connor: *laughing hysterically*
Some other dude: You guys had my heart after like 15 seconds!
It was really cool to get so much positive feedback after our set. I wish we could play shows like that in our own home state.
